We've just started our new series on 'How to Live with Peace of Mind.' In our troubled world, recently with the Credit Crunch, many people lost their securities and with it their peace of mind. Some have no peace at all despite all the wealth in the world. Peace and happiness is not found in material things, and many know it yet still seek after riches often at the expense of friends and family. How sad to work overtime and sacrifice your family - damage that can seldom be repaired. Part of living with peace of mind is to have right priorities and do what really counts in life. Above all, however, people need to find peace with God. A life separated from our Creator is never fully satisfying, but returning to the source of life and origin of creation is truly fulfilling - and rewarding! Come along to find out how...
The Meaning of Life
What is life all about? What is life's meaning, purpose and origin? What does it mean to live and how shall we live? These are some of the most vital questions to human existence. Where do we come from? What's going on? Where are we heading? People in the Western world often try to subdue these fundamental questions and fill the lack of meaningful answers by materialism. We stuff ourselves with food, fun and entertainment. Yet many still feel a deep need inside of them unfulfilled. We know we lack something, but where do we find true satisfaction? While most people still sing a long with the Rolling Stones, 'I can't get no satisfaction,' those who get to know God on a personal level, find a new life, a life with true meaning , purpose and destiny!
